Returns & exchanges: We can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, colour, or change of mind.

Damaged or misprinted items: If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days with photos. We’ll replace or refund—usually without needing the item returned.

Print tolerance & delivery: For DTG items, small variations in placement or colour are normal and not considered defects. If a package is returned to sender or marked undeliverable, we’ll work with you on the best next step, such as a paid reshipment or a partial refund.
