Do you accept custom and personalized orders?

Some of our items can be personalized (for example: “Born and Raised since [Year]”). If a listing supports personalization, you’ll see a personalization box during checkout and the listing will say Personalized/Customizable.
Please double-check your personalization text, size, color, and delivery address before placing your order. Because each item is made to order, we usually can’t change personalization details (e.g., the year), size, color, or address once production has started.
If you need help before ordering (e.g., choosing the right year format or confirming what’s possible), message us and we’ll reply as quickly as we can.

What are the sizing details?

Please use the size chart in the listing photos and compare it to a favorite shirt you already own (measure pit-to-pit and length). Our clothing is typically unisex/retail fit. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, size up.
Because items are made to order, we can’t accept returns/exchanges for selecting the wrong size.

Is there special care instructions?

To keep your print looking its best:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Use mild detergent; avoid bleach
- Tumble dry low (or hang dry)
- Do not iron directly on the print (iron inside-out if needed)
- Avoid high heat (it can reduce print life)

Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?

Gift wrapping isn’t available at this time. Orders ship in protective packaging suitable for delivery. If you’re sending a gift, you can add a gift message in Etsy checkout (where available). For multi-item orders, items may ship separately.

Do you accept wholesale/bulk orders?

Yes — we can help with bulk / team / event orders depending on the item. Message us with: quantity, sizes/colors, delivery country/postal code, and your deadline. We’ll confirm feasibility and timing (bulk orders may need extra production time).

When will my order ship?

Most items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch (may be longer during peak periods). Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Where are items made and shipped from?

Our designs are created by Local Only Supply. Production and shipping are handled by our production partner network. With a local first mandate, we take pride in our efforts to try to ensure your order is produced at the closest suitable facility to your delivery location when possible.

Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns/exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. In most defect cases, you won’t need to return the item — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can usually help only if you message immediately after purchase, before production starts. Once an order is in production, which may occur as quickly as within 1 hour, cancellations/changes aren’t guaranteed because each item is made specifically for you.
For custom/personalized products, we can sometimes update personalization only if you message immediately after purchase and production hasn’t started. Once production begins, changes aren’t guaranteed.
