Refund policy

Cancellations (Print-on-Demand / Made-to-Order)

Because our items are made to order, we can accept cancellation requests only before your order enters production.

Cancellation window

  • Cancellations are accepted only until production begins.

  • We typically begin production soon after purchase, so please message us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel.

  • To request a cancellation, message us immediately with your order number.

If production has already started

  • Once an order is in production, we may be unable to cancel it because it is already being prepared or printed. 

Order changes (address/size/color)

  • If you need to update your shipping address or correct a mistake, contact us immediately.

  • Changes are easiest before production begins; once production starts, changes may not be possible. 

Refunds for approved cancellations

  • If your cancellation is approved (i.e., production has not started), you will receive a full refund.

 

Returns & exchanges (Made-to-order items)

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected

  • Wrong color selected

  • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind

Damaged item or manufacturing error (30 days)

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number, and

  • Clear photos showing the issue (and the full item if possible)

In most defect cases, you will not need to return the item.
We will review and, if approved, provide a replacement (reprint) or a refund.

Print placement tolerance (DTG)

Please note: for DTG-printed products, minor placement variations can occur during production and are not considered defects.

Delivery issues (lost/returned/unsuccessful delivery)

If a package is returned to sender or marked undeliverable, contact us and we’ll help determine the best next step. Depending on the situation, options may include a paid reshipment or a partial refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Etsy and issued back to the original payment method (timing depends on Etsy and the buyer’s bank/payment provider).
